I am a certified personal trainer, while my passion is working with athletes I have maintained 12+ general population clients ranging from ages 30-60. With them I primarily work on functional bodybuilding, aiming to build muscle and strength by going through a full range of motion in our lifts. The implements used will vary based on the client and equipment access but I am a firm believer anyone can get great results losing body fat and gaining muscle without any equipment at all!
